Description

It is a system that conveys a mold or a ｍold carrier by a conveyor.

Suitable for high-mix mass production.

There are chain conveyor lines and free flow conveyor lines.
Injection is done by a traverser or a robot.
In the case of a chain conveyor line, it is also possible to install an automatic loading device and a mold release agent application robot.
In addition, hot water type and oven type can be selected for mold temperature control.
Mold accumulation is possible on the free flow conveyor line.
Injection operation can be continued even if the mold is replaced or the worker is delayed.
