Automatic Density Control Unit
It is a machine that connects to the raw material tank unit and mixes a minute amount of air using a special mixer.
It is effective for high stirring by improving fluidity, reduction of raw materials by improving foaming ratio, and homogenization of cells.
Density is controlled by continuously monitoring the density with a density measuring instrument and automatically turning on / off the air mixture.
By controlling the density in real time, more accurate density control becomes possible.

CO2Foaming System
This device is used in the carbon dioxide (CO2) foaming system for polyurethane, and enables CO2 foaming at a high mixing ratio in combination with our unique mixing head for carbon dioxide (patent pending).
By mixing carbon dioxide gas into the polyol that is the raw material, it is possible to contribute to the weight reduction of the product and the reduction of the raw material.
Cyclopentane Blend Unit
It is a device that supplies cyclopentane and PPG with a high-performance metering pump and mixes them using a special mixer.
The raw material line is a circulation type that can adjust the pressure, and it is possible to control the composition with high accuracy together with the flow meter.

Mold Carrier
It is a device that mounts a mold for molding products and tightens the mold. We propose the optimum layout according to the mold size, molding method, and operation method. We can also propose hydraulic type and air type for mold tightening.
Crushing Unit
It is a device that crushes by passing urethane foam between two driven rollers.
It is also possible to measure the reaction force applied to the rollers.
It is said that crushing increases the properties of the foam (stability of dimensions and physical properties).
Mixing-head Traversing Unit
This device is used when injecting into multiple molds arranged in a straight line with a mixing head mounted, or when performing complicated injection patterns.
Operation can be done manually or automatically, depending on the application, such as the range of movement and the number of axes (X, Y, Z).
